A group of learners who learn about and take care of the environment in a fun way. 2. When and where does the Eco Club meet? We meet on Tuesdays after school from half past two to half past three at the art department. 5. What you done or plan to do this year? We have created a greenhouse from recycled plastic bottles. We hope to begin gardening and tree planting soon! 7. What are the criteria for those interested in becoming members and how do they join? Everybody who is interested in taking care of the environment is welcome. Just attend the meetings in term 3. 9. What are some of the benefits of joining Eco Club? Being a member counts as both an extra mural and a community service. It broadens your horizons and will give you more knowledge about nature. Most importantly you will be making a difference! 10. What is your favourite thing about Eco Club? Neha: Working with my friends to help the environment. Gina: Saving the environment for the next generation. Tiara: Making new friends and becoming more involved in school. Sibanisezwe: The people at the Eco Club! They have always made me feel welcome and a part of the team. Jordan: The Parties!
