- Ajay It is the time of the year where grade elevens put their cards on the table in their bid for ECL. Some may come out of nowhere and make the short list and some students have made themselves known from the minute they stepped foot into high school.

Recently the Eco Club visited Port Shepstone Primary School with whom we will be twinning. They donated healthy new plants to the school for them to add to their environment. When they arrived at Port Shepstone Primary School, the members of the Eco Club were welcomed warmly and given a tour of the school. They explored the beautiful scenery and took many amazing pictures. Well done to the Eco Club for helping out!
-Pablo. Work experience!! Most grade tens know what work experience is but some don't know the actual story and meaning of this big opportunity Port Shepstone High School offer to our grade tens every year.
Aurora Early this Saturday morning people of all ages gathered at Lake Eland for a fun-filled day in support of South Coast Hospice. There were events for everyone from the born competitor who could either run or cycle twenty-five kilometres while enjoying a spectacular view to babies in strollers on a fun, 10km family walk.
- Aurora At long last the wait is over and the new modernised library is open. Our school’s library has recently been renovated and sports a brand new look. It has been extended and received an all new entrance with classy glass doors.
- Mystic Raven As everyone knows, the main objective in a soccer game is to score in the opposing team’s goal. It is played by 11 players per team on a rectangular field. Players can use their heads, torsos and feet but not their hands (with the exception of goalies!). Most people understand these simple things, but what happens when someone brings up “kick-offs” or “midfielders”? That is where most people get confused.
- Nebula The time to donate blood has come and gone for this term, but there is still ample opportunity for you to donate (the blood donor clinic comes to the school every term, or you can go to Shelly Centre to donate).
- Bruh -_- Growing up I would have killed to have my very own Charmander, to find a wild Pikachu and claim it as my own or battle Pokémon with my friends so that “I could be the very best that no one ever was.” Now I can. My childhood dreams can now be fulfilled through my phone!
- Bruh -_- & Hurricane May Upon entering our hall transformed into an Art Gallery on Friday night I was moderately impressed by the art on display. I took a quick glance around in an attempt to absorb everything before being hauled left and right by friends and proud artists who were excited to show me their various pieces of art. There were many outstanding artworks, many of which you could see were the product of hard work, but as it is in any subject, there were of course pieces of art which did not receive enough attention from their respective artists, and it was quite obvious. Mr. Jenkins then officially opened the exhibition with a speech and gave some valuable advice for both parent and child.
